Rob Wolfson is an Executive Managing Director. He is the Head of the H.I.G. Advantage Fund and oversees H.I.G.'s global healthcare efforts

Prior to running the H.I.G. Advantage Fund, Rob spent 10 years as a Managing Director, leading transactions in both the H.I.G. Advantage Fund as well as in H.I.G.’s Lower Middle Market Buyout Fund.

Rob brings over 20 years of investment and operating experience across many industries. Prior to H.I.G., Rob was an executive at IPWireless, a wireless infrastructure provider. Rob began his career as a consultant with LEK Consulting.

Rob earned his B.S. from Northwestern University, Cum Laude, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
