Richard is a Principal in H.I.G. Europe’s London office and focuses on leveraged buy-out opportunities across a range of industries, including Business Services and Healthcare. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process.

Before joining H.I.G., Richard was a member of the deal team at Terra Firma Capital Partners and, prior to that, started his career at Rothschild & Co.

Richard obtained a First-Class B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics.
