Kelly Zhang is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Advantage Fund and is based in the New York office. Kelly is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.

Kelly has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. He has invested in companies across a broad range of industries, including business services, healthcare, industrials, and technology.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Kelly worked at Credit Suisse’s healthcare investment banking group. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
