Justin Sapolsky Principal

Justin is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.

Justin has ten years of experience investing in and advising companies across the business services, chemicals, healthcare, financial services and consumer sectors. Prior to joining H.I.G., Justin co-founded Matt & Marie’s, a Philadelphia based restaurant chain. Prior to that, he worked at Apax Partners where he focused on investments in financial and business services and healthcare. Justin began his career as an M&A and restructuring analyst at Greenhill & Co.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in economics, manga cum laude, and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
