Drew is a Principal based in H.I.G.’s Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, and post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

With over a decade of experience, Drew has executed investments across several industries, including business and tech-enabled services, IT services, and healthcare.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Drew worked at Avance Investment Management, Comvest Partners, Marlin Equity Partners, and J.P. Morgan.

Drew holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Commerce in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
