Chris Kozak Principal

Chris is a Principal based in the New York office of H.I.G. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Chris has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries. He serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2014, Chris worked at Credit Suisse in the Mergers and Acquisitions group, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives. Chris received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
