Brandon Cohen Principal

Brandon is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Miami office, where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, transaction structuring, and post-closing growth and operational initiatives.

Brandon has private equity investing experience across a range of industries. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Brandon has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to joining H.I.G., Brandon worked for Brockway Moran. He also has operating experience as a member of the executive team of MD Now Urgent Care. Brandon began his career in the Global Consumer group of Barclays Capital.

Brandon earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
