Bill Straccia Principal

Bill is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Miami office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies.

Bill has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A and has experience investing in several industries, including business services, industrials, consumer, and healthcare.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Bill worked at Cerberus Capital Management and began his career in investment banking at Citi.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
